Step One:

Attend the Introduction to Strength Training

Every member of BRB must attend our Introduction to Strength Training. This class is offered several times per week. After you have completed the class, your coach will give you a recommendation on what membership option to choose with BRB. During the class, we will cover:

  • How to preform the basic barbell lifts
  • Programming
  • Barbell safety & spotting
  • Gym etiquette
  • Membership options

Step Two:

Choose your membership

Once you have completed the Intro to Strength Training Class, you are now able to choose a membership option. We currently offer a verity of membership options, to include:

  1. Personal Training
  2. Basic Barbell Class
  3. Blue Ridge Barbell Club
